And cuz they tried to make a lot of money on you and then move it down. Well, when you call us, It doesn’t matter who you are or who you golf with, I don’t care. It’s your FCO scores and your loan amount, the loan program. It’s gonna determine your rate. You’re gonna appreciate that by getting a straight shot and not having to fight and be made, feel guilty for what you already earned.
Cause that rate is based on your qualifications, not based on what the lender thinks they can get away with. And it’s really important to know that and to be respected. I do this as a business model. I joke around, I wake up I’m half ticked off. So if somebody tries to mess with my money, it doesn’t take me much.
Me completely mad. So if you’re anything like me, you appreciate being treated like this. And I’m also a contrarian, so if somebody treats me like that, I’ll go in the other direction just to prove a point. So we don’t do that. We try to be the, the anti lender. Lender. So we try to lend without doing the normal lending things, which is gouging on the first thing, first quote.
Make it people, people feel guilty making them fight for what they already deserve. That’s, it’s a little over the line. I, and I don’t like to be treated that way, so I don’t treat my people that way. I hope you appreciate it.
