Getting a Conventional, VA, or FHA Mortgage Loan in Comfort, TX

When I started up the company and I asked my clients what bothers them about the lending process, and one of the things that came across was they were made to feel guilty.
For getting a decent deal. So lender would give ’em the sky high rate or a pretty high rate, and then they would check around. They would talk to ’em and say like, is there anything better you can do? And they say, no, no. What’s the best we can do? And then if you show them competition was better, they’re gonna lose the deal.
Oh, let me check with my manager. So very suspiciously similar to a car lot when you’re buying a home, you would think that you earned the right to not be treated like you’re in a used car lot and just to be lied to because if that was the best deal they could give in the first round, Why is the second round better, the third round better?
They lied at some point. We get the lowest rate on the, on the first call. And my clients appreciate that. I asked them, I pulled them. What’s the biggest problem they have? And this is by far, it’s the disrespect and the guilt and the process of dealing with the checking with the manager and then the feeling that the client gets, that they got taken advantage of.
So if they actually do come down to a better rate, It already sours the transaction and the, and buying a house is a little bit emotional. Just there’s so many zeros. It’s anybody normal and this, your name’s not like Warren Buffet. It’s gonna be emotional and it’s gonna be hard, and you’re gonna freak out.
I, I freaked out in my first home and this is what I do for a living. So of course you’re gonna freak out and we try to.
