Why would a home not be VA approved? There’s a multitude of factors. Some of those could be pest infestation such as termites. But most of the time what we have seen is a property that’s in disrepair. So it has to be in a livable state. It has to have a functional kitchen, functional bathrooms and things like that.

Otherwise you have to get a VA.
